EXTERIOR MAKEOVER- APARTMENT AND RETAIL

Java Blend Coffee Roasters is located on North Street Halifax.

This renovation project included a design and renovation of the exterior of the building. We demolished the previous wood exterior siding, brick window sills, decking, deck railing, and gutters. We supplied and installed new exterior vinyl siding, new limestone window sills, pressure treated decking, and pressure treated top railing caps with black powder-coated aluminum balusters.

This exterior renovation gave the curb appeal this business needed and a face-lift the tenants of the apartment building can all enjoy!
